The work of the JIT is supported through a small team of Associates – or Partnership Leads – and we are able to draw on a pool of experts from our Action Group for one-off projects, activities and specialisms.
Gerry Power

Gerry started his career in the NHS as a Podiatrist in Northern Ireland before entering the NHS General Management Training Scheme in England in 1990. Gerry has held senior management positions in the NHS both in England and Scotland, most recently as General Manager of East Lothian and Midlothian Community Health Partnerships. Chris promotes a focus on personal outcomes in policy, performance and most importantly at a personal one to one level across and within the health and social care workforce. Tony is the Lead on Joint Strategic Commissioning (JSC) . Tony oversaw the development of the JSC Learning Development Framework, the JSC Development Programme and the establishment of the JSC national Improvement Support Programme.
